Happycapy is a consumer application that lets you interact with AI agents, run tasks in sandbox environments, and manage workflows.

3. Your Happycapy Account

3.1 Account Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Account sharing is prohibited.

3.2 Usage of Account Resources

Automated tools to bypass rate limits, credential sharing, and resource abuse are prohibited.

4. Usage Policy

Prohibited activities include abuse, spam, impersonation, data mining, malware distribution, reverse engineering, IP infringement, unauthorized access, and service reselling.

5. Paid Accounts

5.1 Subscription Fees

Paid plans are charged monthly or annually. See our pricing page for current plans.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Happycapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
